The new partnership will see American Express actively share the benefits of Moneypenny’s telephone answering service, outsourced switchboard, live-chat and outbound services to its existing customer base as part of the company’s continued focus on, and support of, the SME sector. American Express Business Cardmembers will be eligible to receive services free of charge from Moneypenny up to the value of £250.
