Best-in-Class Partnership for Moneypenny and ICG

Outsourced communications provider Moneypenny has joined forces with the UK’s leading provider of proptech solutions and services for estate agents – The Innovation Collaboration Group (ICG).

ICG brings together best-in-class suppliers to fast track the future of estate agency.  Moneypenny now joins ICG’s 40 strong membership community, which includes Reapit, Sprift, MRI, Mortgage Advice Bureau and CCT Technology.

As part of the membership, Moneypenny will share its experience of supporting thousands of UK estate agents with telephone answering, live chat and outbound services and be on hand to help agencies maximise lead generation and improve customer care.
