BusyLamp Announces Further New Hires as it Continues to Scale Up in the UK and Europe

London, 18 January 2021 – BusyLamp, the legal operations software provider, has appointed new team members to its customer success and product development teams. These appointments include the well-known legal tech specialist Rob MacAdam who joins BusyLamp as VP of Product and Jo Guy as Senior Customer Success Manager.

Rob previously held the position of Head of Digital Products for EMEA at Ashurst LLP, an international law firm. Prior to this, Rob was VP Corporate Legal Solutions at HighQ. He joins BusyLamp to oversee the development of the newly launched platform solution, Legal.Ops.Space.

Jo Guy joins BusyLamp as Senior Customer Success Manager after over 10 years with Lloyds Banking Group. Jo was a key member of the in-house legal team that implemented BusyLamp and has hands-on experience using the legal spend management software, eBilling.Space. Jo will focus on supporting BusyLamp customers in the UK and Ireland.

Commenting on her new role, Jo says: “Having worked with BusyLamp and as a user of its software for five years, the natural next step was working for BusyLamp! Over the last year and despite the pandemic, BusyLamp has recruited seven new people and is continuing to fill several positions in the UK and Europe.
