Industry Insights: Achieving User-Centric IT Design
At our latest Alternative Legal IT Hangout, in partnership with CTS, we looked at IT provision from a user perspective – bringing together IT leaders from top law firms to share how they are using technology to help staff do their jobs better and improve employee satisfaction.
Top Three Takeaways:
- A design thinking approach enables adoption by involving staff in the tech journey right from the beginning; identifying what they actually need and want.
- There is less concern about monitoring productivity than there was a year ago. Firms have learned they can trust people to work independently, focusing on outcomes rather than inputs.
- A year into lockdown, people have Zoom fatigue. Firms are looking at how to engage and communicate in ways that don’t involve screens.
