British lawtech entrepreneur Joshua Browder has launched a new tool that can identify legal loopholes in contracts and alert users to harmful clauses such as “forced arbitration.” Called DoNotSign, the tool is a spin-off of Browder’s DoNotPay, an AI-powered chatbot which fights parking tickets and was developed after Browder signed a gym membership he found practically impossible to cancel. Browder secured millions from American venture capital firms for his first venture and DoNotSign is set for release in the US this week, and potentially the UK by the end of the year.
