The National Association of Estate Agents and the Association of Residential Letting Agents have issued their manifesto ahead of next month’s general election. Among their 13 key demands is the introduction of a digital logbook for every property bought and sold in order to reduce the number of failed property transactions and accelerate the process of property buying and selling: “This would allow for a more interactive, streamlined and transparent process for both home buyers and sellers.”
