He says it is important to understand the user experience before choosing the right technology for a specific team. If the wrong tech is chosen it could put team members off using it in the future. He notes that proper orientation is also essential, and setting up a help desk will provide support and help lawyers to embrace the tech. He adds that when technology works well, the results should be shared to the team to help them recognise how helpful these tools really are.
