Citing a study showing that 85% of enterprise decision-makers believe they have a two-year period in which to make significant inroads into digital transformation, he notes that there are “manifold opportunities to the professional services sector,” with $1.18trn predicted to be spent worldwide in this area in 2019. Noting increased servitisation and an increasingly on-demand workforce, he lists choosing the right transformation, changing how firms do business, changing markets and finding the single point of focus among the fundamental steps to successful transition.
