He expects a growing trend of the consumer marketplace influencing the business-to-business market, which in recent years has become ingrained with AI tools – including legal content and solutions. Using algorithms for recommended content is key to the customer journey when shopping online, and Sonderegger expects attorneys to utilise the technology more and more.
