Reimagining the shopping experience at Nike

Fast Company takes a quick look at how Nike retail Heidi O’Neill reimagined the shopping experience and created the company’s new House of Innovation stores.

The stores, which opened last year in New York City and Shanghai, “reimagine nearly every retail convention as an intimate spectacle” by for example offering appointments with experts and integration with the Nike app to allow shoppers to reserve shoes to try on.
