Mio is a new combined sales progression and communication tool for estate agents that enables a shared view of the house buying chain including milestone updates.
In a pilot carried out over 18 months in Cardiff, average fall-through rates using the tool were 21% compared to the UK average of 33%, and transactions shortened to 85 days from 126 days.
